Job description:
Maintain the integrity of the Italian branch. Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and provide support to the wider group. Oversee regulatory obligations and implement findings into policies and procedures. Make decisions on the ground to protect Ebury, its clients, and its various counterparties. Participate in various working groups, committees, and other important functions. Maintain a good working relationship with the Country Manager and oppose decisions that are non-compliant with regulatory obligations and group policies. Act as the most senior member of compliance in Italy with the authority to take necessary actions to protect the integrity of Ebury and safeguard its license and overall reputation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
