East Sicily Area Officer – Delivery and Back Office In the aim of expanding our workforce, we are looking for new talents to join our Sales Team. We are seeking a delivery and back-office assistant to support the Sales Manager for the Catania area. The selected candidate will assist the area manager in all operations related to the inspection and collection of goods for sale.
Responsibilities Strategic planning of appointments for the delivery of awarded goods in collaboration with the internal office and/or the area manager, considering logistics, safety, and accessibility criteria. Preparation of specific documentation and verification of documentation received from the customer in collaboration with the internal office. Assisting the customer in identifying the awarded goods during delivery operations. Supervision of all delivery activities (ensuring that operations are carried out safely and that the goods collected are those awarded). Managing relationships with the internal logistics department and the area sales manager. Assisting the area sales manager during inspections of movable and immovable assets. Supporting pre-inspection visits, clearance operations, inventory, and appraisals in the assigned area.
