We are currently seeking an Early Careers Recruiter based in either Madrid, Milan or Amsterdam to help us shape our distinctive Arup culture.


The Opportunity In this role, you will lead our recruitment activities targeting young professionals, interns and working students. You will partner with our Early Careers Recruiter in Ireland and work closely with our Employer Brand specialist.

As an Early Careers Recruiter at Arup, you will:

Own the graduate and undergraduate recruitment life cycle. Enhance the Early Careers Recruitment process across the Europe Region. Coordinate existing university collaborations and build new ones to strengthen our talent pipelines. Contribute to creating meaningful Campus Recruitment KPIs to measure our success. Collaborate with other Recruiters and the Employer Branding specialist to enhance our brand recognition and streamline recruitment activities across countries. Does this role inspire you? We're looking for someone who is passionate about shaping a future with purpose in the Talent Acquisition space. We also value:

A Bachelor degree in a Human Resources related discipline. 3-4 years previous experience in (Early Careers) Recruitment. Excellent communication skills and a proactive solution-focused approach to challenges. Passion for Employer Branding and University Outreach. Fluency in English (oral and written), additional language skills in Dutch, Spanish or Italian are an advantage. Why Arup?
