Position summary: Develop and expand existing and new vertical market accounts (Educational, Healthcare, Military, Industrial, Hospitality…) promoting our security solutions (access control systems either mechanical o electronic) to resellers and end users.
Give a significant, measurable contributions to strategic business plan, collecting market intelligence from the field and applying Company's sales and marketing strategies, vision and goals.
The role requires strong analytical skills understand customer needs translating them into proper solutions to satisfy customer requirements; actively supporting prescription in RFPs.
Percentage of Travel: 70-80%, person should be based in Milan area

Key responsibilities: Identify, develop, maintain and strengthen effective relationships with key customer contacts to deliver business growth for both present and future solutions being the "reference persona" for building designers and general contractors Pro-actively and constructively analyze customer accounts and opportunities to determine potential business Keep up-to-date knowledge of product lines, company sales philosophy and policy, company processes and industry conditions to provide innovative support to the accounts; Ability to influence customer needs and to propose company solutions Ability to deliver/organize demos Ability to deliver prescription docs and analyze competitors specs in existing RFPs Participate in trade shows and industry associations Qualifications Requirements: Technical degree; 5 years of experience in solution prescription and sales; Language: English proficient level Skills: Proactive approach in order to catch all possible business Inspire with energy and team building attitude the project team Self -motivated, problem solving attitude; A good understanding of electronic access control systems, mechanical locking systems or other building security equipment is a must; Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interface and influence up and down the organization to drive stakeholders alignment; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office We Celebrate Who We Are!
