Ea To Ceo - Milan

We are working with a fantastic Milan-based company who are looking for a fluent Italian, French, and English speaking EA to come on-board and support the CEO in a 1:1 role.
The position will cover both business and personal duties including inbox & diary management, travel coordination and logistics, dealing with medical insurance, and sourcing tutors etc.

The CEO is exceptionally busy and needs someone who is hard working, diligent, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
They also have an office in London and some travel will be involved.
Hours are 9-6pm.

Requirements Native Italian speaking, with fluency in French and EnglishExperience working in real estate, luxury, or private equity is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
