POSTE
**Overall Missions**
Support the development of the multi-channel Digital business, overseeing the optimum running of our eCommerce and omni-channel operations, services and logistics.
Contribute to maximize online presence with the aim of supporting Digital and In-Store sales.
**Digital Marketing**
- Coordinate Digital Marketing agency to drive quality traffic to the Website, maximise visibility and eCommerce ROI
- Support Digital Marketing agency with planned activities, insights and KPI targets
- Support in preparing weekly and monthly reports
**Website Management**
- Manage the Internal Search tool to support business priorities and contribute to improve eCommerce business
- Analyze client purchase path and identify main friction points.
Propose key evolutions to enhance client experience and increase repurchase rate
- Be attentive to top innovation on the market through competition analysis and share best practices
**eCommerce Operations**
- Monitor digital stock management, share stock trends in WH and distribution needs with SC Country and EMEA
- Share Market specificities on special retail events / peaks / calendar events / market trends that can have impact on the distribution
- Work with local teams to ensure correct commercial cut-off dates are communicated to clients and met by logistics partners
- Distribution and Stock control for both products and packaging - sharing alerts and shortages
- Alerts on New Launches on stock level and reassortment
- Monitor the level of services of last miles carriers (on time and no loss of parcels)
- Analysis and monitor on Return volumes and Quality checks
- Monitor digital orders fulfillment, delays and tracking, liasing directly with WH and our Client Service team to ensure correct communications to clients
- eCommerce and Omnichannel Operations daily monitoring, supporting stores with order follow-up and trainings
- Play a key role in overseeing operations projects & management of user experience testing
- Develop and enhance existing services for a best-in-class omnichannel experience
- Oversee deploy of new services from roadmap to launch and personalisation for high value clients
PROFIL
- At least 1 - 2 years' experience in project coordination and/or eCommerce logistics
- Experience in Digital Marketing or related field
- Digital savvy with a good understanding of omnichannel activities and clients' expectations in a luxury environment
- Good analytical skills and Excel proficiency
- Expertise in Google Analytics, PowerBI and ContentSquare are nice to have
- Client-centric mindset, positive in approach with a can-do-attitude
- Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, results driven
- Team oriented and able to thrive within various teams
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Italian and English
