**E-Mobility Business Transformation Project Manager**:

ABB E-mobility is a world leader in EV charging technology with a strong R&D pipeline and an unparalleled global reach.
As part of E-mobility's strategic growth ambitions it is planned to move the business into a stand-alone legal structure and potentially list the company via an IPO (Initial Public Offering) on a leading stock exchange.
You will be part of a dynamic and flexible Team to allow the achievement of the business transformation program across E-mobility with initial goal the implementation of a new single instance ERP and related systems across Countries (Legacy ABB and New acquired Companies).

**Your responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the roadmap definition, including business case, resources, and key focus areas.
Manage the execution or the key elements of the program in close collaboration with functional and business teams.
- Ensure the implementation of robust controls around key processes.
Lead projects inside the program.
Facilitates and leads multi-functional teams.
Ensures adherence to project budget and timely reporting of consultant utilization and project expenses.
- Document requirements and process maps.
Help to integrate businesses during the implementation of the new processes and systems in the existing companies, as well as in the acquired ones.
- Strong interaction with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, auditors, and ABB.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of both internal and external resources allocated from support functions and business areas to the various work streams necessary to ensure a smooth transformation, e.g.
Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Legal, Quality and Operational Excellence, Communications, etc.
- Motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
Provide performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.
- Drive transformational projects, within the scope of responsibility, with a problem solving approach.
Lead and/or support change management activities and ensure that timely and relevant communications are delivered to all stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
- Define potential business improvement projects through consultation with ABB/ABB E-Mobility internal business leaders and by executing assessments and pre-studies.
- Ensure full alignment with the IS organization in relation to IS related aspects.
- Ensure compliance to standard ABB internal directives and procedure, relevant cyber security regulations, standards and contractual requirements.
**Your background**:
- University degree in finance or business or equivalent education.
- Strong technical financial background combined with sound understanding of underlying business activities.
- Solid experience of establishing strong and robust processes including interaction with key IS systems and stakeholders.
- Hands on, action orientated, team player with cross-cultural communication skills combined with ability to motivate and influence stakeholders.
