JOB PURPOSE The E-merchandiser will work closely with the E-merchandising Manager, supporting in the planning and execution of the Omnichannel digital assortment strategy at WW level. The E-merchandiser is responsible for global catalogue management and visual merchandising, ensuring product experience across Miumiu.com always supports brand communication strategy and business goals. RESPONSABILITIES Work close with the product merchandising, industrial and operations teams to define key merchandising stories and business opportunities for the season. Analyze sales trends at different granularity, preparing sales and stock plans to support business goals. Oversee and support the maintenance of product catalog and product assortment. Manage regional assortments ensuring the best quality of contents for the online catalog (i.e. attributes, copy, images, inventory). Successfully elevate product navigation, to create engaging experiences for customers through product sorting, product information display, CRM activities. Provide guidance to local teams to ensure visual merchandising consistency across regions. Review product sorting regularly using dedicated merchandising tools and optimize on-site search. Monitor competitors to ensure best merchandising and identify new merchandising improvements to be implemented in cooperation with the E-Store management. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Minimum 5 years of experience in the eCommerce merchandising space, ideally in luxury or fashion industry. Problem solving attitude and ability to drive process improvement. Excellent analytical skills and experience with visualization tools, such as Qlik or Tableau. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple priorities. Strong team player, adaptable and flexible to changes. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proactive, independent, responsible, creative and self-motivated.
