As part of the Supply Chain Department, Logistic and Transport Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Plan the daily activities based on capacity of 3PL Daily cooperation with E-Commerce and Purchasing teams in Sephora HQ Manage relationship with the logistic operator and to couriers Update a dashboard for e-commerce activities follow up and share it on a weekly bases Manage GWP (gifts and testers) related to inbound activities Face eventual abnormalities and issues Measure performances on service level Put in place and monitor an efficient return process Ensure alignment between physical stock and availability on the web site Monitor IT flows Who we are looking for: Almost 1/2 years of experience in warehouse/logistic Data analysis and reporting skills Fluent level of English is mandatory E-Commerce expertise is a plus How to be successful in the role and at Sephora: Assisting the e-Logistics Lead in managing the flow of goods - from preparation to delivery - you have to ensure that the various stages of the logistics process run smoothly.
