For our own projects, we are looking for: EI Superintendent Ref code: CR_2407-100_EI Superintendent Job summary MISSION: Provide assistance to project team in planning, estimating, coordinating and controlling the execution of project's electrical including Hight Voltage System like GIS and Transformer (30KV) and instrumental works in accordance with project requirements and objectives, within time and cost constrain and in observance of HSE and Quality procedures and practices.
TASKS: During the Bidding Phase, as requested by the Project Manager: Analyze tender and contractual documents to review scope of work and schedule and to identify project requirements and constraints.
Support in the preparation of the Project Execution Plan and the project Organization Charts.
Support in the preparation of cost estimate for external services, including the preparation of Project Mobilization Plan.
During the Project Execution Phase, according to the complexity of the project: Assist in the definition of resource allocation and in the assessment of the man-hours required in order to prepare/update the Project Mobilization Plan (PMP).
Coordinate specific topics (internal or external), related, but not only, to project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning.
Coordinate and manage all the external stakeholders including, but not limited to, clients, contractors, vendors other agency as required.
Provide technical support to prepare the project related documentation, manage the risk assessment and risk response activities.
Provide technical support to prepare, supervise and coordinate the procurement and management process for the project in purchase requisitions, technical evaluations, purchase order and work orders and related work progress within own field of competence (EI works).
Interface with the main electrical supplier and the installation subcontractor (Mechanical EI) about the Hight Voltage system.
Assist in coordinating the close-out of the project for EI works.
Review and follow up of completions at Commissioning, Start-up and test run activities and issue progress reports within his area of responsibility.
Contributes to the planning and scheduling of Maintenance Plan of the project, assign resources, materials and logistics.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE: Technical Diploma in Electrical technology area or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of experience within Wind Offshore projects during the fabrication phase.
Experience with Windows, MS Excel, MS Project, Autocad, 3D Viewer.
Fluent level of English (written and spoken).

Contract Duration: 1 year.
