The Opportunity: We are looking for an e-Commerce Technology Specialist to join the Digital & eCommerce Team focusing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud platforms.
Reporting directly to the Digital Technology Lead, you will be the company point of contact for new production features implementation, issues management, mapping and functional requirements.
Key Activities: Leading full-stack development and delivery of UCB eCommerce applications.Running User Acceptance Testing process with product management and business team members.Defining and implementing solutions in collaboration with UX/UI designers, technical architects, and development team members.Using best practices and projects delivery model to ensure excellent quality of deliverable throughout the site development lifecycle (brief, analysis, requirements, planning, activity management, debugging, release).Coordination and supervision of any external suppliers involved in the projects.The Profile: Previous experience of 3+ years in a similar role and strong understanding of e-commerce principles.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA; backend and frontend) platforms.Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud platforms is considered a plus.Experience in integrating e-Commerce platform with retail IT systems such as: PSP, CRM, ERP, OMS, PIM, DAM, WMS, Marketplace.Proficiency with Atlassian tools.Good command of spoken and written English.
