JOB MISSION
Ensure company websites are best-in-class in term of functionalities and business continuity, to enable local markets to meet their targets.
To achieve this goal you will be part of a team focused on the coordination of the technical evolution and the maintenance of the company B2C digital systems, including ecommerce, brand websites and marketing automation tools.
The role will be part of the ICT Department and will closely collaborate at international level with e-commerce global and local managers, corporate functions and technical agencies.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for someone who has a passion for project management and e-commerce, technological savvy, naturally analytical, detail-focused and driven by results.
We would love to meet someone with previous web development experience, client or agency side, or with experience managing e-commerce site architectures, curious to get under the hood of our business and bring ideas to the table.
Support projects scoping, requirements definition and prioritization.
Monitoring of project progress, updates of projects schedule and costs.
Scouting for new solutions and technologies.
Support maintenance and incident management.
Training of local ecommerce store managers.
Provide support about technical issues to the local teams.
Supervision of the web and ecommerce technical infrastructure.
Direction, monitoring and supervision of the technical activities carried out by the suppliers.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience (min 3-4 years) within the same role in structured companies or agencies
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration
Excellent project management skills
Hands-on technological skills and attitude
Strong experience in Agile way of working
Have an understanding and working knowledge of the ecommerce landscape
Predisposition to interpersonal and intercultural relationships
Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
The knowledge of Shopify / Mulesoft / Hubspot is a plus
Previous experience in B2C companies and in the beauty field is a plus
