What you will do The E-commerce Specialist will:
Support the Italian Ecom Team in their day-to-day roles; being an active member in terms of content, placement, media, and any other ecommerce-related task.Support content creation and development across the ecom channel to help grow ecommerce projects and strategy.Assist with Digital activity: based on perfect shelf KPIs, media metrics, on-retailer's site positioning, CRM, first-party data, or any other initiative that can be triggered to improve overall performance.Establish workflows to create/maintain a clear and clean data repository for Italy ecommerce needs (extract, transform, load).Support in creating clear ways of working with departments that have a direct ecommerce impact to expand the level of data and information available.Assist with ecommerce analytics squads, workspaces, and any other agile practice to improve sharing activation, information, and benchmarking across e-commerce.What we are looking for As an intern position, no previous experience is required, although profiles with the following set of skills will be prioritized:
Bachelor's Degree (recently graduated or in the last year). Related, but not exclusively to the following fields: Sociology, Digital Marketing, Business.Comfortable working with Excel sheets or data integration (80% of the role will be digital analytics related).Acquainted with data visualization tools (Power BI) and the digital marketing industry.Passionate and resilient. As an ecommerce enabler, you should feel comfortable working in a wide set of fields: digital marketing, commercial tactics, data extraction, and insights, etc.Ability to work in Italian (mother tongue) and English (fluent).Autonomous and problem-solving.Positive attitude and courage to participate in discussions and provide meaningful opinions and solutions.What's in it for you ·Learning & Development Opportunities
