Someone entrepreneurial and passionate about eCommerce and its ecosystem.MAIN ACTIVITIESWeb Site & Content ManagementCollaborate with marketing, CRM and Merchandising team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Newsletters, social media etc);Manage product listing, menu and categories;Managing inventory status across ecommerce platforms to maximize in-stocks assortment;Partner with merchandising teams to ensure that the right products and initiatives are being promoted;Coordination of the main promotional initiatives (Private sale / pre sales / sales calendar);Work closely with different teams to provide updated content and functionalities that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.Analysis & MonitoringReporting and analyze Key Performance Indicators (orders, net revenues, returns, etc);Monitoring changes in product sales by using Web Analytics and Excel spreadsheets;Analysis based on Google Analytics (Visits, traffic, funnel, etc) or external provider's tools (Barillance, Algolia, Competitoor..);Definition & monitoring of KPIs for customer interaction with the website (newsletter, funnels, etc);Competitors' benchmarking (website, special initiatives, launches, promotions).BACKGROUNDMaster's Degree in Economics/Engineering/Marketing/Management;At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Fashion & Luxury sector.TECHNICAL SKILLSProven analytical skills, advanced user of MS Excel and Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Barillance, Algolia, Competitoor, Fit Predictor, Salescycle) are mandatory;Knowledge of BI Tools will be considered a plus.SOFT SKILLSReliable, rigorous and organized, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines;Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;Fluency in English.TOD'S Group promotes the values of inclusion and full equality between persons at all stages of an employment relationship.Therefore, in line with the principles of our Code of Ethics and the Policy for the Protection of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, all qualified applicants will be considered, regardless of their gender, age, nationality, culture, religious belief, and sexual orientation.
