Tod's Group is a company in which legacy of tradition drives its contemporary vision, inspiring a vast search into innovation.The development of the eCommerce Channel is a key growth driver for Tod's Group.We are looking for an e-Commerce Specialist to join the Team, responsible for day-to-day activities on Hogan.com Fay.com, delivering sales and hitting revenue targets.We're looking for someone with analytical skills, who enjoys multitasking and is focused on final results, monitoring online sales performance and leveraging competitors using dedicated analytics tools, providing business and operational insights to maximize revenues and optimize customer experience on the website.
Someone entrepreneurial and passionate about eCommerce and its ecosystem.MAIN ACTIVITIESWeb Site Content ManagementCollaborate with marketing, CRM, and Merchandising teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Newsletters, social media, etc.
);Manage product listings, menu, and categories;Manage inventory status across eCommerce platforms to maximize in-stock assortment;Partner with merchandising teams to ensure the right products and initiatives are being promoted;Coordinate main promotional initiatives (Private sale / pre-sales / sales calendar);Work closely with different teams to provide updated content and functionalities shared across eCommerce platforms.Analysis MonitoringReport and analyze Key Performance Indicators (orders, net revenues, returns, etc.
);Monitor changes in product sales using Web Analytics and Excel spreadsheets;Analyze based on Google Analytics (Visits, traffic, funnel, etc.)
or external provider's tools (Barillance, Algolia, Competitoor, etc.
);Define monitor KPIs for customer interaction with the website (newsletter, funnels, etc.
);Conduct competitors' benchmarking (website, special initiatives, launches, promotions).BACKGROUNDMaster's Degree in Economics/Engineering/Marketing/Management;At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Fashion Luxury sector.TECHNICAL SKILLSProven analytical skills, advanced user of MS Excel and Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Barillance, Algolia, Competitoor, Fit Predictor, Salescycle) are mandatory;Knowledge of BI Tools will be considered a plus.SOFT SKILLSReliable, rigorous, and organized, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines;Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;Fluency in English.TOD'S Group promotes the values of inclusion and full equality between persons at all stages of an employment relationship.Therefore, in line with the principles of our Code of Ethics and the Policy for the Protection of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, all qualified applicants will be considered, regardless of their gender, age, nationality, culture, religious belief, and sexual orientation.
