Within the Worldwide Omnichannel department based in our headquarters in Rome, we are looking for an experienced E -commerce Product Owner. The selected person will build the E-Commerce product strategy and roadmap, based on the digital commerce ambitions in terms of revenue growth, Digital Customer Experience elevation and increase customer lifetime value.
Main Accountabilities:
Launch new functionalities and optimize existing ones related to purchase, services, delivery and after purchase for customers by analyzing shopping behaviors, check out funnel and NPS post-purchase and post-delivery;
Engage regularly with business stakeholders to define & align on digital product vision and strategic direction;
Identify the business challenges, analyze shopping behaviors, check out funnel and NPS to launch new functionalities and optimize existing ones mainly related to: purchase & payments, online services, online orders, checkout, delivery and after purchase;
Build the product strategy and roadmap and m anage the product backlog prioritization in order to achieve maximum value for the product;
Clearly communicate product vision, roadmap and priorities, as well as KPIs benefits and results to a spectrum of audiences from internal and external stakeholders to technical teams;
Work closely with cross-functional and cross-market teams as well as other agile teams including development and design to deliver unique experiences;
Monitor industry developments with focus in the luxury industry. Develop deep understanding of how client behaviors are evolving and how it changes the meaning of luxury servicing and be pro-active in proposing evolutions;
Work using Agile-Lean principles and methodologies, developing product incrementally by looping feedback as it gets built and released as well as continuously improving processes;
Adapt product features to local specificities, manage prioritization, roll out and reporting, engage with local market teams worldwide.
Product Management and Technical product development, ideally in Agile environments
Solid knowledge and experience on Agile-Lean principles and practices
Modern leadership and management
Global scope. Understand local specificities and Omnichannel features
Broad knowledge of the E-commerce ecosystem, experience in retail and omnichannel environments is a plus
Fluency in English and Italian
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset. Experience in making data-driven decisions
Ability to work with teams at all levels of the organization and manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
Proactive in providing new ideas and solutions
