The engine of our success is the importance and value that we place on the talent and passion of our people, leading to their own professional growth.JOB PURPOSEReporting to the Miu Miu Global Client Service Manager, the Miu Miu E-Commerce Payments Specialist will perform all e-commerce fraud & payments related activities to comply with all the payments regulations and, at the same time, identify the best solutions to optimize approval rates while reducing declines.This role is responsible for understanding payments trends, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and supporting order processing with the objective of providing best-in-class service to all our clients, representative of Prada Group's luxury brand standards.RESPONSIBILITIESManage and monitor Payments Platforms' configurations for all the Prada e-commerce websites.Monitor and supervise all activities related to fraud prevention, payments, and administration, both at an internal level and with our anti-fraud partner (Riskified).Analyze and report on multichannel sales.Monitor suspicious customers (e.g.
repeaters).Monitor chargeback outcomes and how they are reflected on the anti-fraud platform's invoice.Produce fraud check reports.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSSignificant experience in payments platforms and anti-fraud background, with at least 5 years in similar roles.Background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.Knowledge of Adyen, Cybersource, and Riskified systems is required.Familiarity with Order Management Systems.Analytical skills (Excel, other) and familiarity with data visualization tools.Project management skills, including strong planning and execution skills.Knowledge of other languages is appreciated.Proactive approach and critical thinking.Creative problem solver.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.International experience and strong cultural sensitivity.Fluency in English.
