The E-commerce Merchandising Specialist is responsible for monitoring and analyzing online shopping behaviors, KCP, product, and activations performance, as well as supporting the E-Commerce team with the global operational E-merchandising processes and activities.
Key Accountabilities: Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
Monitor and analyze new product launches performances, online KCP activations, and online shopping behaviors.Propose corrective actions and improvements to relevant departments based on insights.Analyze customer satisfaction and journeys using NPS, VOC surveys, GA4, and Contentsquare tools.Partner with customer service teams and market representatives to gather insights and feedback on consumer behaviors and needs.Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market.Input e-merchandising guidelines for targeted categories to the Senior E-Merchandiser for release.Review live site merchandising on landing pages based on sales performance and stock evaluation, proposing actions with markets and central departments when needed.Support and assist with online product launch activities and KCP animations worldwide across all markets.Work with Business Units, IT, and Central Omnichannel Departments to ensure smooth execution.Assist the E-Commerce Senior Merchandiser in defining the best product positioning strategies in PLP based on KPIs (Sales, BR, CTR, visits, etc.)Strong customer-centric mindset to ensure all merchandising strategies are aligned with customer expectations and behaviors. Constantly monitor product sorting and make necessary adjustmentsPerform daily site checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all products and landing pages, gift guides, taxonomy, and filters.Qualifications & Skills: 2 years of experience as an e-commerce or digital merchandising specialist or e-merchandising assistantMaster's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or another relevant fieldUnderstanding of website platform technologies and e-commerce flowsSound knowledge of Google Analytics (experience with Content square and SFCC Commerce Cloud would be a plus)Advanced computer skills (Power BI proficiency would be a plus)Ability to read and contextualize data, abstracting key learningsExperience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making (optional addition).Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a complex and fast-paced ecosystemSelf-organized, highly collaborative, meticulous
