Are you ready for a new challenge in our E-Commerce & Omnichannel team?: As E-Commerce Marketplace Operations Intern, you will join the E-Commerce team in the offices located in Milan and will support the colleagues in day-by-day activities, reporting directly to the E-Commerce & Omnichannel Operations Manager. What can you learn with us?: Support to Ecommerce Store operations (units inbound and outbound, opening and closing, returns, daily reconciliations etc.);Upload of masterdata when requested;Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are listed accurately;Detect discrepancies and investigate them if needed;Support the client service team to resolve any issues related to stock and online orders.Do you have these qualifications and skills?: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Proactive and detail-oriented, analytical and flexible skills;Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;Fluent in English, both Written and spoken.Don't lose this great opportunity to join us.
