We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic E-Commerce Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of an e-commerce strategy for our Collections, ensuring alignment with Reschio philosophy and business objectives.
Main responsibilities and duties:
E-Commerce Strategy Development
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies that align with our brand identity and business goals; Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance the digital experience, optimize lead generation, and drive revenue growth.
Product Management
Oversee product listings, including creating compelling descriptions, accurate pricing, and high-quality imagery; Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely updates of product information.
Warehouse Management and Logistics:
Work closely with suppliers and the warehouse team to streamline inventory management, ensuring product availability and timely fulfillment of orders; Oversee logistical operations to provide an exceptional customer experience, promptly addressing any issues related to stock levels or shipment delays; Collaborate to enhance efficiency in warehousing and distribution processes, driving continuous improvements in service and operational performance.
Customer Experience
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and foster loyalty; Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Digital Marketing
Collaborate with internal and external teams in designing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
User Experience (UX) Optimization:
Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve the user experience on our e-commerce platform, focusing on navigation, design, and usability; Ensure all design elements align with customer expectations and industry best practices.
Performance Analysis
Track and analyze KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI; Prepare detailed reports on e-commerce performance for senior management and use data analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Skills and competencies required:
Bachelor's degree in Economics/ Management Engineering / Marketing or a related field; At least 3 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail; Relevant expertise in design or consumer goods industry; Strong values of integrity and ethical conduct; High-level discretion and privacy sensitivity; Demonstrated success in driving online sales and setting-up and optimizing e-commerce operations, in improving user experience and understanding of UX principles; Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions; Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail; Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams; A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for driving growth and enhancing user experience; Excellent use of IT programmes and Microsoft suite; Advanced proficiency in Italian and English.
