Digital Commerce Business Expert (w/m/d)To strengthen our global Digital Business Development team,we are looking for a Digital Commerce Business Specialist /Expert. This globalrole enables and empowers local/market operative management and execution ofdigital sales channels, to pursue a true omnichannel approach and achievementof the business results across all channels.
Our purpose is to globally develop, scale and empower thedigital and digitally enabled businesses and relationships of our sales andmarketing organization via scalable, sustainable and profitable solutions. Inthe global Digital Commerce and Merchandising service, we ensure consistentbrand visibility and availability in all relevant digital channels byconstantly creating, improving and optimizing the various digital shelves viapersona-based and mission-focused offerings, maximizing growth options and financialviability.
YOURTASKS
Provide strategic/tactic support to local markets implementing best practices and guidelines (e.g conduct business reviews with market teams to assess sales performance, identify gaps and align on strategic priorities; develop playbook for forecasting etc)Actively engage with local markets to deliver tailored business solutions and help achieve e-commerce objectives across various channels (e.g analyze business practices to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements)Offer data-driven decision-making support through commercial analysis, business (eg. provide commercial analysis and insights to support for digital sales agreements and pure play negotiations)Provide expert consultancy on daily digital commerce operations, implementing best practices to optimize performance and ensure efficient execution (e.g. reducing out-of-stock and overstock situations in third-party marketplaces)Assist local markets in optimizing e-commerce channels like marketplaces, omni-retailers, own stores, quick commerce, and social commerce and collaborate with global teams to enhance local channel management and maximize ROI using digital sales tools.Proactively develop and share best practices for seamless market execution globally that includes case studies, success stories, and actionable insights from various marketsLead and support projects/initiatives to evolve digital commerce and merchandising activities, ensuring timely project execution.YOURPROFILE
3+ year's experience in E-commerce management or similar roles (D2C, FMCG/CPG, Retail are strong advantage)Strongly commercially driven, solution oriented and data-drivenSales, Operations and Online channel management knowledge and experienceStrong personality, proactive and with good organizational skillsHighly committed talent with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent knowledge of English and Italian, German is a plusOUROFFER
