**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for an e-Commerce Development Specialist who will support the Region eCommerce strategy through the activation of the channel (visibility and promotional activation, portfolio development, tools and capabilities) and the identification of areas of improvement.
You will be responsible for implementing growth drivers and monitoring their performance on the channel and the main customers, through ad hoc KPIs, P&L and research focused on e-Commerce.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**e-Commerce management**
- Support eKAM in the implementation assortment and activities negotiated with e-Commerce pure-players
- Support KAMs and Customer Marketing specialists in maximizing the opportunity on Omnichannel players
- Ensure Digital Shelf Excellence across all sub-channels by providing appropriate content, monitoring its execution and drive corrective actions
**Online channel development**
- Support the online channel development, identifying possible areas for improvement on: Category Management, path-to-purchase, online merchandising and logistics insights to be implemented on the e-Commerce
- Support the development of an effective e-Commerce catalogue in the context of the Region e-Commerce market, with Global SBD, Marketing BU and Global Marketing
- Evaluate and propose new projects related to the online channel (scouting of suppliers and partners)
- Development and maintenance of business-enabling tools
**Performance control, KPIs & Research**
- Monitor the relevant KPIs for the e-Commerce channel, integrating analytics from internal and external sources
- Monitor the performance of visibility and promotional activations on the e-Commerce channel
- Support eKAM in the preparation of the P&L for the client e-Commerce, in partnership with the commercial controlling
- Develop ad hoc research for the e-Commerce channel
**Who we are looking for**:
- Master's degree in Economics
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably projects related to e-Commerce and/or Digital Media
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools
- Fluency in Italian and English
