JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: The E-commerce Analyst Intern aims at gaining experience in the management and procedures of global-scale websites and at supporting the team of e-commerce managers on the daily activities related to the e-commerce processes and operations.
Supporting the e-commerce managers, they will primarily oversee the daily execution of all business activities (calendar management, merchandising, processes), running sales analysis to identify opportunities and support the growth of the websites.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Supports the e-comm managers on the analysis of business/website KPIs (traffic, UVs, CR, CTR, AOV, AUR, Revenues, Orders, user funnel…), periodic price analysis and benchmarking; Supports the team on the weekly reporting process to top management and to finance team; Leverages internal and external data sources to identify gaps/business opportunities à monitor the e-commerce metrics in order to transform business data into insightful actions; Supports the management and control of the website pages, website tools/features and newsletters assuring a perfect "quality check" of the website and of the user experience; Bug and issues finding and reporting in order to assure the best user journey on site; Partners with the Operations, UX, CRO, CRM and Product teams to support on the activities related to testing and day by day execution; Oversees tasks and projects implementation, takes part in testing sessions and reporting issues to IT team; NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL: Business Team, Operations team, Web Marketing Team, CRM Team, Product Team, Brands teams

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Passion for e-commerce and the digital world; Hard working, humble and eager to learn from the different teams with a hands on approach on the different activities assigned to them; Have an inner propensity to answer "why?" questions, excellent analytical abilities, as well as superior written and verbal communication skills; "Self-starter approach", comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail), and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic and international environment; Critical thinking and analysis skills, working with big data from multiple sources; Ability to organize and manage own workload; Solid experience with Excel, Power Point, Word; Online digital tools (google adwords, google search console…) are considered a plus; Adobe analytics/Google analytics knowledge is considered a plus; Demonstrated ability to work with global technology and business teams; Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and how e-commerce, web, mobile, social, search and channels work together to optimize behavior and acquisition; Passion, interest and knowledge of luxury brands and of the luxury arena is considered a plus.
