All'interno del Dipartimento Digitale di CHANEL, l'E-BUSINESS & PERFORMANCE ANALYST si occuperà di fornire supporto analitico a 360° per quanto riguarda il canale Retail (chanel.com) ed E-Wholesale.

La risorsa sarà responsabile dell'analisi dei dati e della generazione di report che aiuteranno a guidare le decisioni strategiche di tutte e tre le business unit della Maison (Fragrance & Beauty, Watches and Fine Jewellery e Fashion), riportando direttamente all'E-Business Manager.

Website Performance Analysis (Google Analytics, Similarweb, Power BIs) Analisi KPIs digitali provenienti da differenti sources al fine di generare reportistiche funzionali alla presa di decisioni strategiche.

Digital Campaigns Monitoring (in collab. con E-Business Specialist) Monitoraggio a 360° delle campagne realizzate a supporto sia di chanel.com sia del canale wholesale.

Digital Services Management & Monitoring Gestione e monitoraggio delle performance dei differenti servizi digitali presenti su chanel.com quali quelli esperienziali (es. VTO, Make-Up/Fragrance finders) e di prenotazione.

E-Commerce Services Monitoring Monitoraggio servizi e-commerce presenti su chanel.com che presuppongono un coinvolgimento della rete fisica di boutique.

Sell-Out Analysis & Overview Analisi sell-out E-Business, funzionali alla presa di decisioni strategiche.

Price Monitoring (Profitero) Monitoraggio prezzi e relative variazioni all'interno del perimetro E-Wholesale Fragrance & Beauty.

Social Listening (Radarly, Google Trends) Digital Competition Monitoring Monitoraggio e relativa analisi delle attivazioni che i competitor realizzano a 360° sui differenti canali di comunicazione digitale.
