Global company operating in the beauty/personal care market is searching for an E-Business Customer Development Specialist
Additionally, he/she is also responsible for the development, analysis, and management of the customer internally in collaboration with all associated functions.
In particular he/she will be in charge of:
- Ensuring that the whole orders portfolio is properly processed and delivered on time according to E-Customer requirements and defined KPIs;
- Constant monitoring of the order entry flow via EDI and CRM while taking all necessary actions to solve and reduce the related blocks/alerts;
- Managing and up-dating of the system database (SAP Material Determination) of E-Commerce Customers for the correct attribution of the active product assortment;
- Coordinating all the necessary information and intervention to E-Commerce Customers, Sales, Logistics, Logistic Provider to guarantee timely and complete delivery of the orders;
- Monitoring Service level reporting while analyzing the defined KPIs to provide and share within the organization with action plans for improvement focusing on customer collaboration;
- Acting as project leader to improve collaboration with the e-commerce customer and internal teamwork;
- Making periodical tracking and assessment of internal and external data;
- Partnering with all the functions, e.g.
Logistics, Sales, Packaging Development, Planning to optimize our packaging, process flow and assortment to meet E-business requirements.
Skill profile:
- Bachelor Degree (an emphasis in Supply Chain and / or IT is desired)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar customer facing role in the E-commerce area
- Good knowledge of SAP SD will be considered a plus
- Results-driven mindset, strong customer orientation, ability to provide actionable insights and resolve issues
Fluency in English is required.
