Marni is looking for an **E-Business Buyer** to join the E-commerce team of its Head Quarter in Milan.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**
- Controlling retail performance and stock level by analyzing consumer buying patterns;
- Performing a weekly check of slow movers and fast movers;
- Overviewing and analysing buying for the digital stores outside EMEA;
- Forecasting future trends and consistently reviewing performance indicators;
- Working with eCommerce team to ensure proper flow of product to eCommerce websites in support of the category/brand vision;
- Working with the Retail Buyers on stock consolidations across the European business and to source products for web, including opportunities for web exclusives;
- Working in tandem with planners, analyzing past sales figures and current trends to anticipate future product needs and devise a merchandise assortment plan;
- Conducting buying sessions to ensure effective representation of the company's message and carryover items on eCommerce platforms; Establishing strong collaborative relationships with teams across all regions, actively contributing to their success while directly managing responsibilities within the EMEA market. Additionally, influencing and cooperating with teams in other regions to ensure cohesive strategies and objectives are met.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience, at least 3 years, in a similar role is essential within fashion industries;
- Fluent in English (Written & spoken) is essential, French or Spanish will be a plus;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel);
- Degree in retail merchandising, business, marketing or related fields is preferred;
- Analytical and ability to identify new product initiatives;
- Problem solving skills;
- Product and brand knowledge.
