For our Manufacturing innovation hub in Bologna, we are looking for Dynamics 365 ERP F&O Business Analyst. To best support our customers with their Digital Transformation Journey we have launched a new hub of talents in Bologna (Italy) to serve manufacturing clients throughout Europe. * Significant practical and functional experience with the implementation of Dynamics 365. * You have a strong knowledge of Manufacturing modules, being Microsoft certified is an advantage. * The knowledge of the Supply Chain Modules in addition to Manufacturing will be highly appreciated * Conceptual knowledge of other Dynamics 365 Applications (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, Field Services, HR etc.) * Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies: Power Apps, Azure etc. * Fluency (written and oral) in English * Higher Degree in Business or Economics, Computer science or similar industry experience * You are able to quickly understand customer processes in the field of Manufacturing and to write a functional design. * Excellent communication skills, client facing experience * Ability to work in a team environment * Strong customer focus
Skills and experiences
• Excellent knowledge of finance processes (G/L, A/P, A/R, FA). • Mastery of standard functionalities in D365 F&O/AX 212 • Good knowledge of management control • The knowledge of the Manufacturing module will be highly appreciated • Ability to identify custom solutions and write analysis for customizations • Effective communication with project stakeholders • Team-oriented approach • Good knowledge of the English language.

* Demonstrable pre-sales experience for the solution Architects roles. * You have experience in Manufacturing and related processes. * Fluency (written and oral) in English
