Position Overview Mission: The candidate, based in Milan office, will have the possibility to increase his/her knowledge of portfolio management strategies and products offered to wholesales/institutional/retail clients supporting all sales team based in Emea South countries, liaising with international specialists within the Group and taking part to selected clients' meetings.

Requirements: Financial Markets & Economic bachelor background Mother tongue in Italian Fluent in written & spoken English and other languages (e.g. French and/or Spanish) Analytical skills Problem solving Relations and communication skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Environment and Database application Good marketing knowledge of digital communication channel Responsibilities: Support in translation, editing and finalization of proposals addressed to potential new clients, in cooperation with Central Office dedicated teams (mainly Frankfurt and London) Support in translation and preparation of products and strategy presentations used during clients' meetings for all Emea South team. Care of client's periodic reporting Cooperation with local Coverage team & Central Functions; ensure prompt feedback to clients' requests on invested products or mandates (translation of clients requests for German/English colleagues, support on operational items connected to the client's mandate, support on maintenance and update of legal documentation) Cooperation in organization and documentation arrangement for clients dedicated events DWS Xtrackers positioning, Market and Competitors analysis Support on internal MIS & infra group presentations Support in updates and maintenance of Sales/RM tool and Client Adoption processes The applicant will have the opportunity to deepen his/her knowledge of the Asset Management industry under a wide range of aspects: from legal and regulatory framework that characterize the specific market segment, to the peculiar proposal and selection process that carry to final client adoption and operational set up, as well as to the technicalities linked to the client's assets management and follow up service.
