About the Role:
The Duty Manager will take the lead in the day to day operations of the business, ensuring a seamless operation and allowing customers to enjoy an exceptional experience. They will play a key role in creating a sense of atmosphere, training new team members and ensuring the venue complies with regulations. The hours for this role promote a great work/life balance as the latest closes are at midnight. Looking for someone experienced in working in a fast-paced environment across a multi-faced venue. Attention to detail and a positive work ethic is a must. The ideal candidate will be a career focused manager who is interested in future opportunities for growth.
