**Duty Control Manager**
We are searching for an experienced Duty Control Manager at our MSC Geneva - Geneva facility.
Since the end of 2022, we have started developing a new **MSC Air Cargo** solution in response to customer demand and as a complementary service to its container shipping solutions.
**The position will be located in Malpensa (Italy) **and will report to the Head of Network Operations, Planning & ACMI.
**YOUR IMPACT**
As a **Duty Control Manager**, you will oversee:
- Monitors and manages all MSC network operations in conjunction with ACMI providers.
- Maintains continuous and proactive communication with ACMI providers operations control centres, ensuring the flow of up-to-date information and keeping the best business interest of MSC Air Cargo at the fore front of their decision-making process.
- Track on time performance "OTP" of ACMI partners, report on OTP, develop and implement initiatives to improve OTP delivering to our customers as promised.
- Maintain all delay information and ensure accuracy of delay codes applied by ACMI partners.
- Manage ad hoc schedule changes with ACMI to ensure costs are minimized and correctly applied.
- Develop and execute IROP control and communication procedures.
- Coordinate with commercial team to adjust routings where possible to limit secondary delays.
- Participate in collaborative decision-making processes with all stakeholders and provide cross departmental support where required.
- Manage various projects as requested by Head of Network, Planning & ACMI And SVP cargo from project pre planning through change management implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments and leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects that improve MSC Air Cargo's service and or reduce overall cost.
In more detail, your tasks will be:
- Ensure ACMI vendors meet contractually agreed service level and standards.
- Assist in the reconciliation of ACMI invoicing.
- Coordinate daily flight activity with Atlas and Alis OCC.
- Track delays and OTP.
- Manage ad hoc schedule changes coordinating closely with the operating carrier.
- Lead IROP control efforts reporting on network status regularly to MSC team globally.
- Lead project teams when and where directed.
- Manage ad hoc charter and commercial diversion opportunities.
**YOUR BACKGROUND**

- You should be fluent in English; further languages would be advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Freighter network planning.

- You have a minimum of 5 years in network operations control.
- You are committed to excellence.
- You are dynamic, proactive, and comfortable working in an ever-changing environment of a startup business.
- You have completed an MBA program or have equivalent work experience.
