In the role of the Recruitment Country Manager for Italy, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations in Italy.
Your main objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and successful placements.
Leveraging your language skills and recruitment expertise, you will engage with Dutch or German-speaking candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and deliver excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships in Italy, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions Source and recruit top talent for our clients within Italy Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings Conduct reference checks and verify candidate's background information Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation Collaborate with our international team to develop effective sourcing strategies Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to offer insights and recommendations to clients and candidates Requirements Fluency in Dutch or German and English, both written and spoken Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in Italy Ability to build and maintain successful client relationships Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines Available for 4 months training in Greece Benefits Training & Development Fully paid relocation package ( flight, transfer and hotel ) Competitive monthly salary Fully paid training Performance Bonus
