YOUR ROLE The Trainee Will Learn How The workplace service manager acts in linking company projects and programs, internal customers, IT resources and solutions, and external subcontractors running Telecom and Workplace Managed Services and Solutions.To be responsible for ensuring our ST colleagues are able to work in a secured environment from anywhere.The Workplace Service Manager ensures that ST third parties' agreed targets (SLO/SLA) and conditions are met over the site(s) under responsibility on behalf of the Infrastructure & Service Management organization.The workplace service manager, with a strong focus on customer, is also responsible for PC and printer fleet management, service improvement initiatives, and vendor performance management.There will be opportunities in Agrate, Castelletto, and Catania sites.
Desired Skills & Experiences Technical skills and knowledge of infrastructure, telecom, and workplace services and solutions, office automation tools, smart mobile devices, and unified communication tools.Awareness of contractual KPIs at targeted levels (SLA, other KPIs).English is a must along with Italian as the mother tongue language.Sufficient organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with ITIL V4, Lean Methodologies, and other service management best practices.Professional behavior, results-oriented, problem-solving, end-user oriented.
