Join us and start the future!YOUR ROLEThe Trainee Will Learn HowThe workplace service manager acts in linking company projects and programs, internal customers, IT resources and solutions, and external subcontractors running Telecom and Workplace Managed Services and Solutions.To be responsible for ensuring our ST colleagues are able to work in a secured environment from anywhere.The Workplace Service Manager is also responsible for ensuring that ST third parties meet agreed targets (SLO/SLA) and conditions over the site(s) under responsibility on behalf of the Infrastructure Service Management organization.The workplace service manager, with a strong focus on customer service, is also responsible for PC and printer fleet management, service improvement initiatives, and vendor performance management.There will be opportunities in Agrate, Castelletto, and Catania sites.Desired Skills ExperiencesTechnical skills and knowledge of infrastructure, telecom, and workplace services and solutions, office automation tools, smart mobile devices, and unified communication tools.Awareness of contractual KPIs at targeted levels (SLA, other KPIs).English is a must along with Italian as a mother tongue language.Sufficient organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with ITIL V4, Lean Methodologies, and other service management best practices.Professional behavior, results-oriented, problem-solving, end-user oriented, keen to learn and take responsibilities, open-minded.Bachelor's/Master's degree preferably in Computer Science.We encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
