Position Title: Clean Room &/or Dry Room Technical Expert - Construction & Qualification
Location: Bordeaux with potential detachment to Billy-Berclau initially
Overall Job Definition:
As a Clean Room &/or Dry Room Technical Expert, you will play a crucial role in the construction of Battery Cell Manufacturing Units for the automotive industry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high level of expertise in clean room and/or dry room environments, with a focus on HVAC systems. This position involves technical guidance and project management throughout the construction and qualification phases.
Main Missions, Objectives, and KPIs:
Ensure expert support in clean room and/or dry room environments.
Possess strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems.
Demonstrate expertise in the qualification of clean rooms &/or dry rooms.
Oversee and control the construction of clean rooms and/or dry rooms.
Lead problem-solving analyses and oversee on-site resolutions.
Contribute to the achievement of project goals for gigafactory construction.
Regularly communicate project status with executive teams.
Skills Requirements:
Knowledge/Know-how:
Technical and functional knowledge of clean room and/or dry room environments.
Excellent mastery of air treatment techniques, problem-solving, and project control.
Experience:
Proven experience in the field with expertise in technical aspects, problem-solving, and project control.
Qualifications:
Engineering degree.
Proficiency in French and English
Role, Responsibilities, and Authority:
Mastery of air treatment (humidity and particle control).
Provide technical expertise in clean room &/or dry room environments.
Problem-solving, treatment, and control of air treatment.
Collaborate and oversee construction jointly with the Engineering company.
Actively participate in the qualification phases of dry rooms.
Manage project schedules and coordinate with project progress.
Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, technical experts, and budgetary authorities.
Qualities and Competencies:
Project management experience in the dry room and/or clean room scope (ISO6-7).
5 to 10 years of experience in the field.
Analytical and synthesis skills, effective communication, persuasive abilities.
Knowledge and practice of problem-solving methodologies.
Teamwork, adaptability, responsiveness, and listening skills.
Rigorous and demanding.
Familiarity with the industrial sector.
