We are seeking a Driveline Project Manager with minimum 5 years of experience of projects management & planning in industrial area, to work inside Driveline team to insure:
overall delivery of engineering contents within the driveline programs (meet scope, budget timing), monitoring and adjusting/updating the budget for driveline cost centers, supporting & updating the roadmaps both New products & Quality & reliability current products.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work inside Driveline team to insure:
overall delivery of engineering contents within the driveline programs (meet scope, budget timing); monitoring and adjusting/updating the budget for driveline cost centers; supporting & updating the roadmaps both New products & Quality & reliability current products.
Main tasks include:
Collect, maintain, monitor, report driveline project budgets Complete regular driveline budget updates in budget system (ProMis) Prepare monthly driveline budget status reports (YTD, plan, commitments) Monitor driveline cost center budgets for deviations and take action to resolve Interface with vehicle project budget responsibles for budget needs and changes Create driveline project expense requests (PERF) andstatements of work (SOW) for material and outsourcing purchasing requests Preparation of milestone documents and project update presentations Engineering drawing release status reporting, working with the lead engineers Prototype build parts status / build timing monitoring and status Facilitate parts inspection (PQCC) process for driveline builds Interface with vehicle groups to align driveline content for vehicle builds PIR tutor/reporting for internal driveline projects Support driveline cost center managers with work force planning activities Support driveline non-product capital projects by expediting, tracking, and timely closure of projects Participate in regular driveline project reviews with other key stakeholders To work on Transmission, Axles & Undercarriages roadmaps, Best Product Quality YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of experience of projects management & planning in industrial area Mechanical, Management Engineering degree (3 years or master) Good Team work inclination Team building involvement Better if already involved in Truck, Tractor, Construction/Industrial machines programs/products management/planning Good leadership as per CNHi principles Available to travel all Regions but especially in Italy-Europe Good-high level of English language High level of Ms-Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project)
