He/She will be the first point of contact of our hotel guests and non-resident guests and will be responsible to greet them and assist them in reaching the desired hotel venue.
Main duties & responsibilities: Responsible for the welcome and farewell of our guests, according to the Company policies, standard and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times Responsible for the parking of the guest cars Ensure that the whole reception area is in order and well maintained Be informed about guest information (arrivals, departures and guests in house) Be informed about touristic attractions in the area and services offered by the hotel Work closely with the Front Office Team and offer assistance when necessary Coordinate luggage delivery and collection with Porters and Front Office Team Coordinate all drivers reaching the property Soft skills: Effective communication: he/she communicates clearly and appropriately that positively impacts on their role, the business and Belmond.
