In your role as Doorman/ Parking vallet, you'll discuss and agree some key objectives with your line manager.
These objectives are designed to support your department's goals and priorities.
You'll also take responsibility for your own development, embracing training opportunities that we offer, while learning from any challenges and mistakes along the way.
How you do it:You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience with a warm and professional welcome.You'll manage the hotel entrance, ensuring it's tidy and welcoming at all times, and assist with opening doors and greeting guests.You'll provide valet parking services, safely and efficiently parking and retrieving guest vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and hotel policies.You'll assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it's transported safely and promptly to their rooms or vehicles.You'll offer local knowledge, answering guest queries about the local area, attractions, and hotel services.You'll maintain clear and open communication with the front desk Team and other departments.You'll manage the flow of traffic at the hotel entrance, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process for all guests.You'll ensure the safety and security of guest vehicles and personal belongings at all times.You'll keep accurate records of parked vehicles and manage valet tickets efficiently.You'll take your cues from the guidance and instructions given by your leadership team.
What you bring:You have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Your ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently is essential to the role.You're dedicated to providing a welcoming and professional first impression for our guests.
Your organizational skills help maintain smooth operations at the hotel entrance.You have an eye for detail, ensuring that all guest requests are handled promptly and accurately.
