Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to support our Domain Name Product Unit. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of tasks ranging from global Registry Relations activities to local initiatives, ensuring compliance, smooth migrations, and efficient onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to domain name migrations, system integrations, and platform centralization. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication throughout project lifecycles. Support Registry Relations and Compliance teams in various tasks such as: Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain and manage relationships with domain registries and other key stakeholders. Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes, updating internal policies and procedures accordingly. Support Internal Brand Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for internal brands onto the central domain management platform. Provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring smooth transitions and effective utilization of platform capabilities. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process. Local Initiatives and Support: Support local initiatives related to domain name management, tailoring solutions to meet specific regional needs. Collaborate with local teams to understand unique challenges and opportunities, providing customized support and guidance. Monitor the progress of local projects, ensuring alignment with overall unit goals and objectives. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments, progress updates, and post-implementation reviews. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Project Management experience, preferably in the domain name industry or a related field. Strong understanding of domain name registration processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Excellent English communication skills
