With affiliated companies in Italy, USA, Mexico, Brazil, China, India and Morocco we sale our products to more than 70 countries and operate in multiple markets, including industrial vehicles, buses, trains, agriculture and construction machinery, boats, motorcycles and passenger cars.
We are looking for a **Project Quality Trainee**, to take part in our internship program a member of DOGA's Quality Department.
**ESSENTIAL TASKS**
- **APQP and PPAP Tools Management**:
- Develop and maintain process documentation in accordance with APQP procedures.
- Address customer-specific requirements and ensure effective communication and coordination with relevant group contacts.
- Create and update flowcharts and internal operating instructions.
- Oversee process control documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and special product characteristics.
- **Product Certifications**:
- Manage IMDS (International Material Data System) and product declarations, including REACH and RoHS compliance.
- **Calibration Instruments**:
- Oversee the calibration of measurement and control instruments.
- Coordinate with relevant suppliers to ensure accurate calibration and functionality.
**PROFILE REQUIRED**
- Secondary School Diploma (Technical University preferred)
- High level of both oral and written English and Italian.
- Good level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proactivity, autonomy and analytical thinking.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
