Description Your Opportunity We are currently looking for a DoDo Global Sales Merchandising Manager as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.
How you will contribute Reporting to the WW Sales Director and managing a Sales Merchandiser , lead and develop global assortment strategy in accordance with sales channel/markets specificities and brand strategy
Partner with Supply Chain and WHS/FHS Operation departments to:
Forecast New Collection
Be aligned on OTB target and replenishment process
Partner with Product Merchandising and Brand departments to:
Balance collection brief with merchandising objectives and product positioning
Identify business growth opportunities through a constant orders and deliveries monitoring and merchandise allocation.
In collaboration with the WHS and Retail Mangers, align sales teams on assortment strategy and objectives.
Create synergies with Sales, Brand, Visual Merchandising and other key functional teams team in order to ensure a close collaborative relationship and mutual sharing
Who you are A professional with 5-8 years of relevant buying or merchandising experience in fashion, watches and jeweler luxury industry
Good at balancing mid- and long-term views to build best approaches for the business
Strong in handling and analyzing numerical data to share insights helping in decision making
A team player, able to work effectively cross-functionally
Fluent in English and Italian, more languages would be a plus
