Document Controller F/M

Job description As part of our growth, we are looking for a Document Controller to join our Italian team.
Working in close cooperation with the Project Managers and subcontractors, you are responsible of the administration of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
Your main responsibilities will include: Deploy and support the Document Control Management processes and procedures Ensure the creation, update, and communication of procedures and templates Coordinate document review priorities with the different stakeholders Provide necessary assistance to the Site management for documents used during the construction phase Record final documentation for the project Proactively monitor and maintain the document deliverables list Produce weekly and monthly reports to inform the project team of the status of the documentation Ensure compliance to quality procedures and perform quality checks Profile With an education specialized in documentation and information, you have at least 3 years of experience, ideally in the construction or industrial sector.
You are proficient with IT tools, Electronic Document Management Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented and adaptable, you are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and enjoy multicultural teamwork.
