Document Controller F/M

As part of our growth, we are looking for aDocument Controllerto join our Italian team.
Working in close cooperation with the Project Managers and subcontractors, you are responsible of the administration of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
Your main responsibilities will include:Deploy and support the Document Control Management processes and proceduresEnsure the creation, update, and communication of procedures and templatesCoordinate document review priorities with the different stakeholdersProvide necessary assistance to the Site management for documents used during the construction phaseRecord final documentation for the projectProactively monitor and maintain the document deliverables listProduce weekly and monthly reports to inform the project team of the status of the documentationEnsure compliance to quality procedures and perform quality checksWith an education specialized in documentation and information, you have at least 3 years of experience, ideally in the construction or industrial sector.
You are proficient with IT tools, Electronic Document Management Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented and adaptable, you are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and enjoy multicultural teamwork.InternationalDesign and Buildgroup specializing incomplex buildings, we are mainly involved inturnkey construction, renovation and extension projects in theDatacenter,Critical Utilities,Industry & Cleanrooms sectors andWines, Spirits & Food Industries.Through our15 locations in France and abroad, our550 employeesare all driven by a common passion:design and build complex and varied projects with commitment and ingenuity, while integrating measures to limit our environmental footprint.
