YOUR ROLE The mission of this role is to contribute to the Business and Expenses management of the Group Division focusing on the coordination, consolidation tracking and budgeting of Divisional Expenses, in strict collaboration with relevant functions in charge (such as Operations, Finance, Product Engineering, Application, Design) to assure alignment with Divisional priorities and financial indicators.
The candidates will work on CAPEX and OPEX expenses to: define a punctual and effective data collection methodology update and control the expenses aligned to the budget define forecasting modeling quarterly, yearly or multiple years This role combines analysis, reporting and coordination activities, integrated with both business management, development teams and production support team.
Understanding of the needs, priority definition, punctual updates and reporting, cross checks and constant and effective interaction with relevant stakeholders are required in the role.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor degree or Master degree in the field of management engineering, business management, economics, finance or a comparable qualification Enthusiasm, flexibility, resilience Strong team-working attitude: effective and efficient work together with several other departments towards a common goal Convincing communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving attitude Multitasking and prioritization skills Analytical, proactive and structured way of working Fluent in English (verbally and written) is a must; Italian and other foreign languages would be an advantage Good computer skills (Excel in particular) We encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
