Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Trainee

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will join the HR department of BCG Milan office for a six-month internship and be assigned to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team. You will have the chance to gain valuable experience in DE&I initiatives across EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geographical system, working closely with the DE&I Manager and various workstreams (such as Women@BCG, Pride@BCG, Accessibility@BCG and Ethnicity@BCG).

YOU'RE GOOD AT Supporting the planning and execution of DE&I initiatives and projects; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that DE&I strategies are effectively integrated; Researching DE&I trends and contributing ideas to enhance workplace inclusivity; Assisting in the organization of DE&I-related training and events; Facilitating communication across various stakeholders and contributing to the promotion of an inclusive culture; Handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest ethical standards.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (a specialization in HR topics will be considered as a plus); Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English; A proactive, positive attitude with an ability to work well in team settings; Strong organizational skills (a project management approach) and attention to detail; Good proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook; Passion for DE&I topics and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
