The team looks after an employee population of over 1200 employees, working in a structured environment featured by local and global processes and tools.
The ideal candidate will support the practical implementation of leadership training programs, help manage skill enhancement initiatives, and contribute to DEI efforts.
This position is ideal for a mid-level professional eager to grow in the HR field while contributing to strategic projects.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and implementation of DEI action plans, collaborate with employee resource groups (ERGs) on specific projects.Coordinate some of our people circles, the community of interns, specifically.Craft materials (slides or others) to present various initiatives effectively.Engage in community partnerships to drive progress in diversity efforts and promote the organization externally as a diverse brand.Assist in monitoring and reporting on DEI metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
Also monitor and report on LD KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.Help organize and participate in DEI events, workshops, and training sessions to foster an inclusive culture.Provide administrative support for DEI and LD initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining records.Conduct research on DEI best practices and stay informed about the latest trends.Assist in the practical implementation of leadership training programs.Assist in leveraging public funds for education and assist in sourcing training vendors.Qualifications:Master's Degree, any additional specialization in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion or LD is considered a plus.2-3 years of experience in HR, focused on Employee Development, DEI.Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Italian.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems as a plus.Passion for promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace.What the Company offers:Staff Leasing contract through GiGroup.Salary commensurate with experience according National Contract Agreement (CCNL Farmaceutica Industria), B2 Level.Benefits: Company canteen, annual bonuses.Monday-Friday flexible working hours.
