The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Specialist is responsible for working with the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Team to support Amplifon's DEIB initiatives. Reporting directly to the Global Talent Associate Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive DEIB strategies that foster an inclusive workplace culture and drive organizational change. Your contribution will be instrumental in the evolution of our DEIB culture at all levels of the organization and ensuring that DEIB principles are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
Position responsibilities:
Support Amplifon Global DEIB Committee in implementing a strategic plan, aligned with the organization's mission, values, and business objectives, based on available data, industry trends, best practices & areas for improvement. Advocate for policy changes and organizational practices that promote diversity and inclusion and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Develop and maintain a Global DEIB dashboard to ease decision-making process & progress and outcomes reporting to the key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with various countries' DEIB owners to ensure alignment with the Global strategy and support local evolution. Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations to enhance the organization's D&I evolution & its reputation as an inclusive employer of choice. Drive global D&I initiatives & support their local implementation. Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational materials to raise awareness, build and promote cultural competence among employees at all levels. Collaborate with Communications and HR teams to promote diversity initiatives internally and externally. Animate the global network of DEIB ambassadors and offer guidance and support to the Country General Management Community. Collaborate cross-functionally, in particular with the Communication and Sustainability teams to ensure ESG alignment. Skills and experience:
University Degree, preferably with Sustainability or Human Resources focus. 3+ years professional experience in DEIB roles. Project Management skill, with a sense for setting priorities, delivering on time in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in analyzing data, translating them into recommendations and action plans in measuring outcomes. Change management proficiency. English fluency; Italian and/or any other language will represent a plus. Ability to influence and inspire others to embrace diversity and foster inclusion; paired with the ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. Personal interest in creating and fostering a positive work environment that promotes inclusion, collaboration, psychological safety and a sense of belonging. Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the ability to form independent relationships across multiple departments.
