Prima is looking for a passionate and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Manager.
The DI Manager will lead the development and implementation of proactive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in support of the company's strategic plan to create a working environment where all employees feel valued and can thrive.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Development Develop and implement a comprehensive forward-thinking diversity and inclusion strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Partner with senior leaders to integrate DI strategies into business operations and objectives.
Policy and Program Development Create, review, and update policies and practices to support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Design and launch programs to promote an inclusive workplace, including mentorship programs, employee resource groups, and diversity training sessions.
Work with the business and the people team to understand and educate how to create diversity inclusion can be embodied in not only people policies and processes but also the broader business.
Compliance and Legal Ensure compliance with all geographical regulations and laws but with an expertise in Italian regulations regarding equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
Highlight and educate on any issues related to discrimination or inequity within the organization.
Training and Education Develop and deliver in conjunction with the People team, training programs on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to educate employees about unconscious bias, cultural competence, and inclusive practices.
Recruitment and Retention Collaborate with People to attract, recruit, and retain a diverse workforce.
Ensure fair and equitable hiring practices and create strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
Data Analysis and Reporting Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Prepare and present reports on DI metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.
Community and Employee Engagement Foster an inclusive culture through engagement activities and communication strategies.

Support and collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to promote their initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
Who you are and previous experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion and comprehensive working knowledge and experience of Italian law and practices, human resources, or a related area, with a proven track record of leading successful DI initiatives.

You'll work hands on ESG projects, closely linked to the holistic vision and strategy of Prima.
You will also be a competent project manager, at Prima we believe team work is one of our success factors and sometimes you will be invited to help on other projects.
Skills: Strong understanding of DI best practices and legal requirements in Europe, with strong Italian expertise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with program development and project management.
Excellent English knowledge, Spanish will be considered as a plus.
