Duties and Tasks Build and Manage the District Sales strategy to call and secure on all A, B, & C accounts Create and monitor the District Sales Plan Ensure proper measurements (KPIs) are put in place to successfully execute the District Sales Plan Manage at minimum ten personal target accounts on his/her own Play an active role in developing his/her own business in addition to spending time in the field with their District Sales Executives Monitor number of DSE Sales calls, leads and revenue generated by customer Ensure all new accounts are transitioned, reviewed and discussed with operations to be handed over to the retention program Facilitate any product initiatives or blitz programs with operations Coach and mentor direct reports to develop them professionally and personally Execute the scorecard reviews of each District Sales Executive Review department goals and sales plan periodically with staff to ensure buy-in and accountability Qualifications To be the most effective in this position we are looking for the following skills and experience: University or equivalent business qualifications Minimum 5 years personnel management experience 4 years of industry-specific qualification (country specific) Proven leadership attitude and background Strong market and product knowledge Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results Empowered to make quick decisions in response to changing conditions Influences others to action Timeliness and accountability for results Fluent English and Italian Additional Information Expeditors offers excellent benefits: Employee Stock Purchase Plan Training and Personnel Development Program J-18808-Ljbffr
