About the job In this role you will report directly to the Area Manager North West Italy, and your main duties will be the following: Leading Store Managers to drive sales as well as brand and retail execution across Swarovski Retail by achieving monthly/yearly budgets and targets Building strong relationships with the Store Managers and their retail teams through regular visits, follow-ups, pathway meetings and feedback loops; building a strong team and ensuring effective communication across all touch points Taking ownership for store performances, effectively allocating resources and refining processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions Managing sell-out for dedicated Swarovski Retail Store Facilitating replenishments and ensuring right stock levels to drive sustainable results Motivating and coaching whole retail staff to ensure excellent and consistent consumer experience Accountable for SR profitability Providing feedback to VG Teams via the Area Manager on customer/market cluster needs, initiatives/tools as well as proposing any other improvement ideas About you We are looking for a motivated leader, who brings along the following background: 3/5 years of work experience in a similar role within retail environment Solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Demand Planning and HR on retail store level Strong communication, leadership and relationship building skills Willingness to travel within assigned Area up to 80% of working time Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) What we offer You can expect a range of benefits, including: Swarovski products discounts Employee Assistance Program Volunteering leave Learning and development programs Corporate Car, telephone, notebook Ticket restaurant Masters of Light Since 1895 Swarovski creates beautiful crystal-based products of impeccable quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality.
