We are looking for a **Distribution Supervisor** to to join our team in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO).
**YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE**:
- Coordinating timely distribution of goods
- Planning and scheduling shipments
- Optimizing distribution routes and methods
- Communicating with carriers and drivers
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns
- Analyzing and improve distribution efficiency
- Distributing efficiently and effectively work among team members
- Ensuring high levels of employees' performance, motivation, and engagement
- Leading and developing the team through shadowing, coaching and continuous feedback.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You have a High school diploma or equivalent
- You have at least 5 years of proven experience in the role
- You have strong knowledge of distribution processes, transportation methods, and inventory
- You have experience as team leader or team coordinator
- You have proven proficiency in logistics software and systems for tracking and reporting
- You have problem-solving and analytical skills
